First, we need a medical report or discharge summary of the patient. Then, we will do an assessment in the patient residence to discuss about the daily routine and medication. Finally, you can start the services immediately after the assessment.

We have three categories of the nurses: New born, Elderly and critical care nurses. All our nurses are registered under Dubai Health Authorities (DHA).

Yes, our nurses are qualified in and outside the country and able to escort patients to treatment facilities outside the UAE. We can also provide care at home for patients returning to the UAE after treatment and as when required.

Our nurse responsibilities is related to medical responsibilities only. Also, you we will provided with detailed policies form during the assessment.

Payment should be in advance either cash or bank transfer as we are not accepting credit cards.

The nurse can accompany your relative to the hospital for follow up appointments as well as emergencies but is not allowed to perform any duties in the hospital as to not cause any potential conflicts.
